JAKKS Pacific
Flying Colors Toys (a subsidiary of JAKKS Pacific) aquired ToyMax in late-2002. The initial Flying Colors Creepy Crawlers rollout was mid-2003, it included the Creepy Crawlers Bugmaker Set with an oven and three Mold Packs, Roaming Reptiles, Scary Spiders and Bad Bugs. The three Mold Packs contained repackaged ToyMax molds but the Bugmaker Set contained two new bug molds. The new molds were slightly larger (3"x3-1/2") than the molds in the ToyMax (3"x3-1/2") line. Shortly after the initial release, a SpongeBob SquarePants Mold Pack was released.Late in the summer of 2006 JAKKS Pacific moved the Creepy Crawlers line from Flying Colors Toys to JAKKS Pacific and released randomly packaged mold packs with molds that were previously released by ToyMax and several new molds. In addition, JAKKS released two new goop products, a 3-pack of 1.28oz bottles of standard goop and a 2-pack of 1.28oz bottles of glow goop. Both goop packs were at the same price point so glow goop was now more expensive for some reason.
